We at Sockis want it to be easy and safe for you as a customer to buy products from us. We offer 30 days of open purchase if the product is shipped back in the same condition as you received it. This provided that the product and the product packaging are in the unaltered condition, ie. unused and not destroyed or damaged. You may not use the product but of course, carefully examine it.
Sockis complies with the Swedish Distribution and Home Sales Act rules.

Payment Options
Invoice via Klarna
Shop safely and easily with invoices from Klarna at Sockis AB. You have 14 days to pay. In case of late payment, a written reminder reminder will be sent to you. In case of non-payment, reminder fee is charged, currently 60.00 SEK, plus delayed interest rate at current reference rate with addition of annual interest by 26%.
Card payment & Instant payment via internet bank
Pay securely with Visa and Mastercard via our Paypal partner
Paypal uses secure encryption under strict banknorm.
Your card details are sent directly to the bank and can not be read by anyone other than your bank. No fees are added to the purchase.
Prepayment
You also have the option to make an advance payment to our bank account.
You place your order as usual in the online store and then receive your order confirmation, our bankgiro and additional payment information.
Shipping & Delivery
Sockis has a unit fee of 5 Euro up to 61 Euro then free of charge. The price is valid only in Europe. The goods are delivered to your mailbox in most cases. If the order is so large that it does not go as a warehouse, you can download your products at the nearest post office.
Count on 1-3 days delivery time.
Personal Information
Your personal information is handled in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL).
Right of withdrawal and open purchase
If you detect damage to your package when picking it up, it should be notified directly at the delivery point. Sockis has unfortunately no opportunity to take responsibility for Posten's handling in connection with delivery. If the wrong delivery has occurred or the product is defective, complaint can be made. This must be done no later than seven (7) days from the receipt of the goods. Please contact us before returning the item, so we can agree if you wish a new product or money back. You will of course also get the return shipping. Do not return by postage. Enter the bank, clearing number, and account you want the money in. Refunds are made within 30 days.
If for any reason you regret your purchase, you will have full return within 30 days of receipt. Contact us before the item is shipped in return. Keep in mind that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Return shipping is for yourself and also the risk of transportation back.
Do not return by postage. The product should be unused and the packaging unbroken. Enter the bank, clearing number, and account you want the money in. Refunds are made within 30 days.
Sales to minors
If you are under 18, you must have the goalkeeper's permission to order from us.
Force Majure
Events such as war, natural disaster, labor market disputes, government decisions, missing deliveries from subcontractors, extinct circumstances, and comparable event beyond Sockis control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, should be attributed to force majeure, which means that Sockis freed from its obligations to fulfill entered agreements.
