Many people find it helpful to wear support stockings at night.
Support stockings should not necessarily be worn while sleeping.
BUT that helps you against Restless Legs so why not.
Take a hot bath or a cool shower. Alternating between rinsing your legs with hot and cold water, or placing a heating pad on your legs can also help.
Try putting a large pillow under your feet so that your legs come up. And make sure your feet and calves are resting freely and not trapped between firmly laid sheets.
Symptoms can be made worse by dehydration.
